About
Zeta Tau Alpha was founded in 1898 at the State Female Normal School (now Longwood University) in Farmville, Va., and has more than 245,000 members worldwide. One of the nation’s largest women’s fraternal groups, ZTA develops members’ leadership, academic and service skills, and supports breast cancer education and awareness.

The Collin County Alumnae Chapter was formed in 2004, to serve ZTA members who live and work in and near Collin County. All alumnae members of Zeta Tau Alpha are eligible to join this local chapter.
