As an apostolic revival center, River is a place that views our community and our role in it from a heavenly perspective. That we must change the culture we live in so that it looks like the culture of heaven.
To accomplish this, we view this house as a revival center. That is a place where people can come and experience the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit on an ongoing basis so they can truly live a spirit-filled life.
