Are your kids singing the school time blues? Itching to get them involved musically?

The International Music Conservatory in Plano -- the newest music school addition in the area -- provides a complete music education training program that will score straight A's on your report card. 

IMC will begin its grand opening celebration on Saturday, November 3, with an opportunity for potential families to tour the newly renovated facility. 

Also, on Saturday, November 10 and Sunday, November 11, IMC will host its first annual International Young Artist Competition followed by an official Grand Opening celebration to take place on Saturday, November 17.

IMC, holding its first day of classes on January 14 of 2013, is the only private music school in the North Texas region with its own recording studio and performance hall. 

Included in the curriculum:

  • Strings performance category
  • Voice
  • Piano
  • Technical training programs for sound engineering, video production and editing

The curriculum, designed by director Ronal Neal, aims to meet the needs of various age groups and skill sets from toddlers to seniors. 

The faculty at IMC represents prestigious entities such as the Julliard and Eastman Schools, Curtis Institute, the Moscow Conservatory and Texas' own SMU and UNT.
