Through the Young Men's Service League, these young men have participated in and helped out multiple charity organizations and special events every year, including the Seven Loaves Food Pantry, the Boys and Girls Club of Collin County, Children's Medical Hospital, Meals on Wheels, M.A.D.D. (Mother's Against Drunk Driving) and Operation Kindness No Kill Animal Shelter.

Each member of the Young Men's Service League is required to serve at least 20 hours of community service and in addition to their service hours, the young men are required to attend monthly meetings where thy develop leadership skills and other essential life skills.
