Jimena Sol Basilico has always loved to cook. She is well known within her circle of friends for her delicious breads, empanadas, cakes, irresistible croissants, and tasty desserts. Whenever there is a celebration, Jimena's cooking is always an anticipated treat.

Jimena has dreamt about owning her own culinary shop since she was 12. She is passionate about food and all that is related to it. She received her culinary arts degree in 2009 from Le Cordon Bleu, shortly after the birth of her youngest son, Melik Kerem.
