CITYROW Allen

CITYROW, the boutique fitness studio that delivers a high-intensity, low-impact, full body workout, continues to make waves with the launch of its first store in Texas. Located in Allen, the store will open February 8, 2020, at McDermott and Alma Roads.

“CITYROW Allen will be an inviting destination for anyone who enjoys a community environment to get or stay in shape,” said David Regelean, owner CITYROW Allen. “CITYROW truly is for all fitness levels. The individual determines how much strength and effort they put into the workout while having an instructor available to push them.”

Founded in New York City in 2014, CITYROW is a fitness phenomenon that focuses on smart fitness for the modern consumer. CITYROW pairs a personal instructor with rowing strength and mobility exercises in a 50-minute dynamic HIIT (high intensity interval training) class, creating a workout that works differently for each individual. Each stroke on the row machine utilizes 85 percent of the body's muscles – legs, core and arms, and increases aerobic capacity and efficiency to burn calories while exerting less pressure on the body's joints than traditional cardio exercises.

Featuring 20 rowers, CITYROW Allen welcomes individuals of all fitness levels to the studio for an epic full body workout.

CITYROW’s unique 50-minute class format couples high intensity rowing intervals on a water-based rowing machine, plus weighted strength training on the mat, for a workout that works and is making rowing sexy again.

Visit the studio at 1314 W. McDermott Drive #140 in Allen, or head to cityrow.com/tx-allen/ for more information.
