The historic Alexander Mansion, dressed in her finest holiday decor, invites you to enjoy a timeless tradition filled with warmth and elegance.

As you walk through the mansion, you’ll be greeted by the twinkle of lights and the scent of fresh greenery, setting the perfect backdrop for an afternoon of indulgence.

Relax in the Mansion’s beautifully transformed tearoom, where you can savor a selection of delicate sweets, delectable treats, and fine teas, all served on vintage china. For a touch of sparkle, enjoy a glass of bubbly champagne as you take in the festive atmosphere.

The Alexander Mansion, built in 1904, is one of Dallas’s few remaining historic homes on Ross Avenue. Lovingly maintained by the Dallas Woman’s Forum since 1930, its elegant rooms and holiday décor create a warm, timeless setting for the Christmas Tea.

Free parking is provided behind the Mansion off of Annex Street.

We’re delighted to offer a variety of options to make your experience extra special. Each reservation includes tea, champagne, and gratuity. Choose from the following reservation types:

• VIP Tea with a guided tour of the historic Alexander Mansion – available December 6th and 7th only
• General Admission Tea – available on all dates, December 4-15, check below for sold out dates
• Our exclusive DWF Member Tea at a special discounted price – available on December 8th only

VIP Experience Includes:

• Enjoy a guided tour of the historic Alexander Mansion by one of our Dallas Woman’s Forum Member docents.
• Learn about the history of the Mansion and the families who once lived there.
• VIP guests will receive a tea-themed goodie bag to take home.
• Note: Tour starts promptly at 11:15 am, followed by the Christmas Tea at 12:00 noon.

Important Notes about Reservations

• Dietary Substitutions: Gluten free and Vegetarian substitutions requests are available for an additional $5.00 per guest. Substitutions must be requested at time of reservation. You will need to notify the wait staff at the Tea.
• Children over age 4 are welcome. Please make other arrangements for small children, we cannot accommodate strollers or baby carriers.
• You will NOT receive tickets in the mail.
• Your confirmation of purchase will be your receipt delivered to your email address.
• Please make sure your phone and email address are correct upon check out.
• Check your spam/junk email folder if you do not see a confirmation email in your inbox.

Reservation Cancellations and Refund Policy

• All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.
• Your reservation is transferable to another person. Please contact us to change the name on the reservation.
• To transfer your reservation to another name, send an email to reservations@dallaswomansforum.org.

Accessibility

• If someone in your group uses a wheelchair or other mobility assistive device, please email reservations@dallaswomansforum.org at the time the reservation for the tea is made to let us know. We will then be able to seat your group at a more easily accessed table and we will be ready to assist upon your arrival for tea.
