  backdrop for an afternoon of indulgence. \n \nRelax in the Mansion’s beau
 tifully transformed tearoom\, where you can savor a selection of delicate
  sweets\, delectable treats\, and fine teas\, all served on vintage china.

  Mansion\, built in 1904\, is one of Dallas’s few remaining historic homes
  on Ross Avenue. Lovingly maintained by the Dallas Woman’s Forum since 193
 0\, its elegant rooms and holiday décor create a warm\, timeless setting f
 or the Christmas Tea. \nFree parking is provided behind the Mansion off of
  Annex Street. Reservations \nWe’re delighted to offer a variety of option

 ase make other arrangements for small children\, we cannot accommodate str
 ollers or baby carriers. You will  NOT  receive tickets in the mail. Your
  confirmation of purchase will be your receipt delivered to your email add
 ress. Please make sure your phone and email address are correct upon check

 ses are final. No refunds will be issued. Your reservation is transferable
