As part of the Junior League of Collin County’s Non-Profit Excellence Workshop series, March 15th will explore Journey Mapping to create experiences that engage the changing face of today’s donor. This session will review the latest trends in demographic and sociographic changes occurring in this country that are impacting the way organizations need to engage their current and future donors for long term growth. Attendees will learn an immersive planning technique that will give them the tools to design the best possible experience for these emerging audiences. These workshops are developed and hosted by Junior League of Collin County members of the Training and Education Council. They are free and open to the public.
