Please donate children's coats! Check out the Wish List for fast and easy delivery directly to The Storehouse of Collin County, or take a look in your closets to see what you can donate!

The Storehouse of Collin County is asking the community for donations of new or gently used children's coats for the annual coat drive that will benefit 900 or more families in November and December.  Coats may be purchased and also shipped directly to The Storehouse through the nonprofit’s pre-selected Walmart “Wish List”. This link may also be accessed by going to www.TheStorehouseCC.org and clicking on Joseph’s Coat. New and gently used (GENDER NEUTRAL) coats in sizes 2T – 18/20 may be dropped off in the Youth Commons area, 1401 Mira Vista Blvd., Plano TX  75093. The donation deadline is November 26.

Coats will be distributed to registered clients of The Storehouse of Collin County during regular service times of Joseph’s Coat, a program of The Storehouse which provides an average of 4,000 garments each month. Coats will be distributed November 2 – December 7.

“With cold weather upon us, many families do not have the funds needed to purchase coats for their children,” said Carolyn Getridge, interim executive director, The Storehouse of Collin County.  “Please take a look in your closets or consider purchasing a coat through our wish list, and help us bundle up children in need this winter. The Storehouse could not do all that we do without the help of such a generous community.  Thank you!”
