Yesterday, Sky Ranch friends and supporters “saddled up” for a special gala committee meeting at Blue Mesa in Addison.  The group gathered to review details and sponsorship needs for the upcoming 8thAnnual Cowboys and Cowboys Sky Ranch Gala which is set for Saturday, Feb. 21 at the Omni Dallas Hotel. Dallas Cowboys Legend and three-time Super Bowl Champion Darren Woodson is the Honorary Celebrity Chair.

This fashionable boots and bling event draws legendary cowboys from both the gridiron and the rodeo arena. Joining Woodson at this elegant western affair will be a host of other cowboy celebrity icons from the NFL and the championship rodeo circuit, including co-chairs Walt Garrison and Rope Myers, along with more than 600 other friends and supporters of Sky Ranch.

Since 1955, Sky Ranch has provided nationally recognized summer camps, conferences, and retreats in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado, championship rodeo camps, as well as mission camps in France, Africa, and Russia. These programs have allowed youth and their families to enjoy an exciting and positive camping experience while making a lasting impact for future generations.

The chic western Cowboys and Cowboys Sky Ranch Gala on Feb. 21 will also include fabulous silent and live auctions, raffle prizes, fine dining and entertainment.
