Windsong Ranch in Prosper, Texas kicks off Spring with Music on the Lawn from 6-8 pm on Saturday, April 25.  The first family friendly concert of the season features the Moving Colors Band, food trucks, a local winery and lawn games so bring your lawn chairs or blankets.  The event is free and open to the public.

Windsong Ranch is a 2,030-acre master-planned community in Prosper, Texas.  Upon a projected 10- to 12-year build-out, the $1.2 billion Windsong Ranch will consist of 3,100 single-family residential lots; 150 acres of mixed-use development along U.S Highway 380; and 600 acres of open space with native preserves, trails and parks.   

Homes in the community range from the mid-$300s to the $900s.  Model homes for Highland Homes, Drees Custom Homes and Darling Homes are currently open.   Pre-sales are underway for Huntington Homes, David Weekley Homes and Chesmar Homes, with their models opening this May. Grenadier Homes will Grand Open their model in late 2015.
