Trinity Falls recently announced two new homebuilders to build in the next phase of the 1,700-acre premier master-planned community in northwest McKinney. Trinity Falls, located only minutes from the intersection of 75/Central Expressway and Highway 380, is the newest and one of the largest master-planned developments in Collin County. Award-winning builders Highland Homes and MHI’s Plantation Homes are expected to break ground on their models in Phase II by late Fall and will be open by early 2016.

Experts say this new premier master-planned community, with upscale amenities typically expected in a much higher priced community, is the answer to the underserved affordable market.
