Frisco Market Center, a 100-acre mixed-use development located in the heart of Frisco at the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Main Street, announced today that Zoë’s Kitchen, Super Chix and Snappy Salad will join the development as the latest retail tenants.  The three restaurants are under construction and will open later this year.

Kirk Hermansen, partner at Hermansen Development, the developer for Frisco Market Center, said there is only one remaining space available for lease in the $300 million development.  It is a 3,505 square foot end cap with patio on the hard corner of Main Street and Dallas North Tollway.

“This is our last lease space and except for one additional pad site for sale or lease on the Dallas North Tollway, the project is nearly complete.  With all of the construction underway, we expect to reach build out within the next couple of years,” said Hermansen.  “We’ll have more exciting announcements in the near future that will really complete our vision for this property.”

Frisco Market Center is anchored by Main Event and LA Fitness and sits adjacent to Toyota Stadium, a 25,000 capacity outdoor arena, Frisco City Hall and the recently announced National Soccer Hall of Fame Museum.  Emerson Court, the second phase of its luxury urban apartment community located within the development, recently broke ground and will be complete in about 18 months.  Emerson Court will have 312 units and was designed to complement the very successful first phase, Emerson at Frisco Market Center, which is fully occupied and has 410 units.

Earlier this year, a major grocery store purchased approximately 19 acres of land along the eastern portion of Frisco Market Center for a future 100,000 + square-foot grocery operation.  A hotel developer has also purchased another six acres for a future hotel in addition to the planned 150-room Courtyard by Marriott, expected to open in late 2017.

Upon completion, Frisco Market Center will include nearly 500,000 square feet of entertainment, restaurants and retail, approximately 250 hotel rooms and over 1,500 residents on site. The roster of tenants already in place includes Pei Wei Asian Diner; Panera Bread; Rockfish Seafood Kitchen; Pie Five Pizza Co.; Mooyah Burgers, Fries & Shakes; FedEx Office; Floyd’s Barbershop; Ideal Dental; Simply Fit Foods; Freebirds World Burrito; Cowboy Chicken; Smoothie King; IHop; and 54th Street Grill.
