Cambridge School of Dallas seniors Becca Mighell, Kira McBride and Preston Richard represented Cambridge at the Hart Global Leaders Forum at SMU on September 30.  The Hart Global Leadership Forum provides students an opportunity to interact with national and international leaders in government, business, science and the media. The three Cambridge seniors joined 200 student leaders from public and private high schools throughout the Dallas area.

 The students participated in a full morning of SMU distinguished faculty-led seminars focusing on General Powell’s dual interest in international security and education.  As part of the Forum, Gen. Powell delivered a special lecture and led a Q&A session at SMU’s McFarlin Auditorium immediately following the seminars.  Following the lecture, the students attended a private luncheon with Hart Global Leaders Forum Advisory Board members, SMU President R. Gerald Turner and several members of the SMU community.
