Finding the right venue to watch the Super Bowl is of prime importance since it's already about 10 days away.  You want to go someplace special with our friends and really enjoy the game.

One of my favorite spots in Dallas to watch any sporting event is Henderson Tap House.  The Pizza is fabulous, appetizers such as the Lobster & Artichoke dip are divine, entrees like Bourbon Beef Short Ribs will rock you and they've got plenty of burgers, sandwiches and salads.  The bar is stocked with anything you could possibly desire from craft beers, craft cocktails to a cool glass of chardonnay and there's video everywhere so you won't be disappointed!

Up in Plano you have to stop by Katy Trail Ice House Outpost.  It's every bit as good as the original.  Lots of space.  Lots of televisions.  They've got a super outdoor patio that will be very popular if the weather permits.  Here are some of my favorites from the kitchen:  Steak House Onion Rings, MKT Fajita Salad and the BBQ Ribs.  And the bar....one of the best if not the best in Plano!

Further west is one of the hottest spots in the metroplex.  The Ranch at Las Colinas is a spectacular facility.  There's two bars fully stocked.  Plenty of video so you won't miss a play.  And the food...OMG!  This is a first glass restaurant masquerading as a bar & grill.  The number one appetizer is The Chef's Favorite 4 [Queso Blanco/Branding Iron Onion Rings/Mini Elk tacos/Pork Carnita Stacks].  Salads include The Ranch Chicken Cobb and The Ranch Wedge among others.  Several steaks to choose from such as the 33 oz Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye for Two!  They've got excellent seafood and chicken entrees too.  Something for everyone.

There are many great places to see the Super Bowl in the Dallas area.  These are three of my favorites!
