Gift Shopping in Plano Kick Off Early With 16th Annual 'Neath the Wreath Holiday Gift Market

Shopping for gifts for the Winter Holidays is tough but it doesn't have to be that way this year. Shoppers at the 16th Annual 'Neath the Wreath Holiday Gift Market will have the opportunity to peruse potential holiday gifts from over 120 merchants and vendors. The gift market will run from Thursday, November 10 until Sunday, November 13 at the Plano Centre.

There will plenty of merchandise on sale, including jewelry, apparel, hand bags, home decor and gourmet food. There are also some incredible silent auction items available, such as a "Fighter Pilot for a Day Adventure," "Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks Clubhouse Seating," and "America's Cup Stars and Stripes Experience".

'Neath the Wreath is not free to the public and will require a ticket to gain entry. Tickets can be purchased at any Collin County Tom Thumb for $8 or tickets can be purchased at the door for $10. Adults bringing children should note that children 12 and under get in free. For safety reasons, however, baby strollers, rolling carts, rolling bags, wagons and pets are not allowed to the event.

All proceeds from the holiday gift market will benefit the Junior League of Collin Country projects and programs. The Junior League of Collin County - formerly known as the Junior League of Plano and Plano Service League  - supports the North Texas community through its projects and programs, the first of which was in 1976. In its history, the league has received the Collin County Volunteer Award for Civic and Community Leadership, as well as being a six-time winner of Plano's Volunteer of the Year award.
