Donate Unused Coats to Plano Senior High PTSA Coat Drive

Winter is fast approaching and if it's anything like winter last year, then it's going to get really cold. Most people will be warm and toasty in their homes with the heaters on and if they do have to venture outside, they'll be bundled up in coats, scarves and gloves. But, not everyone is fortunate enough to even own a coat. The Plano Senior High PTSA is calling on the community to help out those people in need on coats for the upcoming winter.

The Plano Senior High School PTSA will be collecting gently used and new coats from Monday, November 14 to Tuesday, November 22. Coats that are donated will be given to children in the Plano School District that don't have the means to purchase one themselves. Children of all ages are in need, so coats of all sizes will be accepted by the PTSA.

The coats can be dropped off at the Front Office, the Cafeteria or Building D. If there are any questions, contact Tamra Sadafsaz, the 2011-2012 PTSA President (pshs_ptsa@yahoo.com).
