Prestonwood Christian Academy (PCA) is excited to announce that six of its football players will be participating in upcoming bowl games.
“I could not be more proud of a team and how they fought through adversity than this one. There were a lot of challenges that arose as the season played out, and our team persevered because our players stepped up,” said Coach Chris Cunningham.
MIKE MITCHELL – Mike has been selected to play for the West Team in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl on Saturday, January 5, 2013. This game will be played at the Alamo Dome in San Antonio, Texas, beginning at 1:00 p.m. EST. The game will be televised live on NBC. Mike will also be attending the Player of the Year Award Dinner the night before, where the top 16 Football Seniors in the nation will be honored and the winner will be announced.
CHRISTIAN MORGAN – Ole Miss commit Christian Morgan was selected to play for the West Team in the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl on Friday, January 4, 2013. The game will be played at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California, beginning at 6:00 p.m. PST. This game will be televised live on the NFL Network.
ELLIOTT MASON, GRAYSON WARREN, NATE JONES, ZACH MISSIMO – These four players were selected to play for the East Team in the Tom Hillary All-Star Game on Saturday, December 15, 2012. The game will be played at Pennington Field in Bedford, Texas, beginning at 1:30 p.m. CST.
