The Springwood at Allen senior living community in Allen, TX is now leasing.

BBL Building Company, one of the DFW region’s premier multi-family builders , announces the completion of the Springwood at Allen senior living community. Located in Allen, Texas, a northern suburb of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
BBL Building Company acted as the general contractor for the ground-up new construction and site development of the 92 unit independent senior living community. The community features a large clubhouse and leasing office, with gathering space for residents, an on-site hair salon, community commercial kitchen for large events, and a fitness center. A pool courtyard area features a large lap pool, hot tub, and covered patio space. Oversized units designed and built for seniors provide class A interior finishes. Kitchens feature granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Bathrooms provide full-size walk-in showers, framed mirrors, and ample storage.

This senior living project was part of the Housing and Urban Development FHA Insured Loan program. BBL worked with the development team through the HUD approval process and all requirements through the course of construction.
