The PCA Varsity Baseball Team will compete in the State Semifinals this coming Monday, May 13, on their quest to bring home a State Championship title. Should they win on Monday, they will compete Tuesday morning, May 14, against the winner of Houston St. Thomas VS. Houston St. Pius X for the State Championship.

Head Varsity Baseball Coach Mike Maack said, “Excited to be heading back to the Final 4. Our tough regional battle with Corpus Christi JPII was great preparation for the tough battle that lies ahead Monday vs. Liberty.”

WHAT: State Semifinals

WHEN: Monday, May 13 at 10 a.m.

WHERE: Waco ISD Field 1 — 1401 S. New Road, Waco, Texas 76711.

WHO: Prestonwood Christian Academy VS. Liberty Christian School

According to Coach Maack, “This team is very resilient and mentally tough and we're all ready for the challenge of competing for a title. These are exciting times and these kids all deserve this - they've put in endless hours of hard work in the weight room, speed training and on the field - regardless of the outcome I couldn't be more proud of this group of players. They're special!” 

The State Final will be Tuesday, May 14 at 10 a.m. at University Mary Hardin Baylor, Belton, TX.
