Complimentary Technique Classes at Williams-Sonoma at Stonebriar Centre offer the opportunity to learn fresh menu ideas, recipes for dinners and both classic and new cooking techniques. Each hour-long class is dedicated to a specific culinary topic and offers advice from Williams-Sonoma experts.

February classes at Stonebriar Centre are held Saturdays beginning at 9:30 a.m.

  • Saturday, February 16: Making the Perfect Omlete: Attendees will master the art of making omelette's in a hands-on class, which covers both rolled and open-face omelette's. The instruction will explain what happens when eggs are overbeaten and the keys to adding fillings. No charge to attend.
  • Saturday, February 23: Making Ravioli: Making ravioli at home is the topic of this class, which includes a hands-on opportunity to create fresh pasta sheets. Attendees discover how to prepare delicious fillings, stuff and seal ravioli and how to make a simple sauce. No charge to attend.

Participants enjoy 10 percent savings on select same-day store purchases. The classes are complimentary, but individuals who wish to attend are asked to make a reservation by the Thursday before the Saturday class.
