As part of a growing digital library that includes free eBooks and eAudiobooks, Plano Public Library System
now offers free access to eMagazines through Zinio.

Accessible at www.planolibrary.org, the Zinio library site features complete issues of more than 100 popular magazines including Consumer Reports, Macworld, PC World, Oprah, Harvard Business Review, Road and Track, Popular Science, Food Network Magazine, Men’s Health, Architectural Record, and many more.

eMagazines can be viewed on any Internet-enabled device and are accessible to multiple users. Free apps are available for reading on PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android, Kindle Fire and Blackberry Playbook.

Once the eMagazine is downloaded to a device, it stays there until deleted, and some content can be printed depending on the publisher and writer. This added benefit to the libraries was funded by Friends of the Plano Public Library.
