The Plano Senior High Planoettes recently participated in the American Drill Team Camp held August 1-4 at the Renaissance Hotel in Richardson. They worked very hard and came home with almost 40 awards. The team received All American Team of the Day for Day 3 at camp along with Super Sweepstakes, Home Routine Award, Best Overall Precision, All American Team of the Week and many individual awards including: 5 All American Managers, 10 All American Honorable Mention Dancers, 10 All American Dancers, 5 Dance Company, 2 Kick Company, and 1 Outstanding Performer.

The Planoettes are now preparing for their football season and they are working hard to show their talent and why they are called "The Pride of Plano."
