In the holiday spirit of giving to others, Collin Creek Mall hosts a two-day blood drive for Carter BloodCare on Saturday and Sunday, December 13 and 14 from 12 to 4 p.m. Donations will help ensure a stable blood supply during the busy holiday season.  

Walk-in donors are welcome, but to make donating more convenient, donors can make an appointment by calling 817.412.5371. Individuals with appointments will be taken first. There will be a registration table on the lower level near Sears and Carter BloodCare’s mobile donation unit will be in the parking lot by Sears.

Potential donors must be at least 17 years old, or 16 years old with a parent’s consent, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good general health. Photo ID is required. There is no upper age limit for donors, and most medications do not interfere with donor eligibility.
