Serving up soulful flavors with a modern twist, Ophelia’s New Soul is now open at Collin Creek Mall. Ophelia’s garnered national attention as the winner of the Food Network’s Food Court Wars, competing against another local eatery for the prime spot in the shopping center’s Food Court. 

“The restaurant and its quick growth have truly been a labor of love and tireless effort. When my best friend/business partner and I developed the menu, we wanted to ensure that it invoked the flavors, sensibility and experience that we have learned from our mothers, grandmothers and aunts, growing up as children. Items such as the Fabulous Fried Chicken Tenders and Tasty Turkey Meatballs to the Fierce Mac & Cheese and Tut’s Braised Collards, we have a menu which is fresh, never frozen; prepared daily with the experience of a truly soulful meal experience,” says Malcolm Gage, co-owner/operator.

“Our menu and concept is a culmination of five pillars: Love, Respect, Trust, Purity and Customer Service. We are extremely excited to share this experience with the community where we have made our home," adds Cordey Lash, co-owner/operator.
