Pictured is Angelica-Jasmine Bates during the Plano Fourth of July parade. She will be representing Texas at the national pageant in Orlando, Florida during the week of July 14 -19.
Angelica-Jasmine is a 2014 ASL Honors graduate from Plano West High School. She is active in her community, volunteering for many organizations such as This Side Up! Family Center, North Texas Angels, Victory Flows and many others. Angelica-Jasmine talents include performing in American Sign Language for the deaf and hearing community.
