Connemara Conservancy MeadowFest 2017 Fundraiser Set for June 3
Event will feature dinner under the stars with live entertainment, auction
The Connemara Conservancy Foundation will host an evening of dinner, dancing, and fun on June 3 at Bedside Manor in Montgomery Farm to celebrate Texas open space and support the organization’s conservation efforts and programs to restore critical habitats for Monarchs, bees and other pollinators.
MeadowFest 2017 begins at 6 p.m. and benefits the Connemara Conservancy, which currently protects more than 6,000 acres of open space throughout North Texas.
Tickets are $100 per person and can be purchased at ConnemaraConservancy.org.
Dinner and drinks will be provided by the Easy Sliders Food Truck and Nine Bands Brewing of Allen. Entertainment will include a variety of outdoor games and dancing to the music of Vinyl Stripes.
“We’re very excited about MeadowFest,” said Connemara Board President Marcus Yarbrough. “From the cocktail reception to the outdoor games to the entertainment, it should be a great evening and it all goes to support the important work of the Connemara Conservancy.”
