On Sunday, August 20th, Christ United Methodist Church is hosting a prayer gathering for students, parents, and teachers. With the new school year beginning in just a few days, it’s important to bless the new year, the school, and all of the wonderful people tasked with making it all happen. New classes, new teachers, and maybe even a new school can all affect a young child’s confidence and outlook. The prayer circle is designed to give students, parents, and teachers a chance to start the year off on the right foot together.
The schedule for the day is as follows:
-Wells Elementary: Meets at 4:00 PM
-Hughston Elementary: Meets at 4:30 PM
-Weatherford Elementary: Meets at 5:00 PM
