To help celebrate the day that American citizens’ basic rights were established, Collin College invites the public to participate in its Constitution Day 2012 events on Monday, Sept. 17. All events are free and open to the public. 

Spring Creek Campus, 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway in Plano

Faculty and students will celebrate Constitution Day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Spring Creek Campus Atrium. Students from Collin College’s Theatre department will read the U.S. Constitution. A Constitution Game Show will also take place in the Atrium.

Preston Ridge Campus, 9700 Wade Blvd. in Frisco

From 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Health Care Symposium and Collin College Faculty Panel will be held in the Preston Ridge Campus Conference Center. 

Central Park Campus, 2200 W. University Drive in McKinney

From 1 p.m. to 2:15 p.m., the Central Park Campus will host a Constitution Day Celebration and Game Show. 

Constitution Day at Collin College is sponsored by the Department of Political Science, in partnership with the Center for Scholarly and Civic Engagement, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Student Government Association and Student Life.
