Young Men's Service League is a non-profit organization that initiates and encourages young men and their mothers to pursue philanthropic involvement in their community and provides an opportunity to enhance mother/son relationships.

YMSL was founded by Pam and Julie Rosener who envisioned an organization that would allow mothers and their high school aged sons to work together in support of those in need within the community. They recruited other interested mothers who shared their vision and turned that dream into the reality that is now YMSL. The initial YMSL chapter started in Plano, Texas , where Pam and Julie worked with other empowered mothers and sons to create a highly successful philanthropic and developmental organization for young men and their mothers.

This year is YMSL's 15 year anniversary. Home grown in Plano and now 10,000 members in 10 States. They have served over 200,000 hours this year and a cumulative of over 800,000 hours. Their largest project each year is Ultimate gift which is a fall project period where each chapter picks a transformative project to complete as a chapter. Last year the Plano Wildcat Chapter transformed a women and children's shelter by cleaning, painting, adding railings to the porch, furniture etc. To learn more about Ultimate gift, please see the National website: http://ymslnational.org/ultimate-gift  YMSL is currently about to wrap up their National Training Conferences in Plano this coming Saturday 4/30.
