Scott Martino Named Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of

 Republic Title of Texas, Inc.

Plano, TX –July 8, 2015 – Title insurance industry leader Republic Title is pleased to announce that Scott Martino has been named Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Republic Title of Texas, Inc.

As Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Martino will be responsible for accounting, audit, banking and financial planning and analysis. With over 12 years of financial experience in the title industry, Martino is exceptionally qualified and will serve as an asset to Republic Title.

Martino earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Chapman University and later went to receive his Master’s from Pepperdine University. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Finance of First American Title overseeing operational finance and numerous strategic initiatives. Outside of work, Martino enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
