Rachel Mathes, an eighth-grade student at Prestonwood Christian Academy (PCA), recently became the 2012 Champion at the National Youth Bible Drill Invitational.

After winning the Texas State Bible Drill, Mathes advanced to the National Invitational Tournament in Georgia. Through prayer and determination, Mathes prepared for the competition with her parents and church, First Baptist Carrollton, led by Brent Taylor.

Mathes’ hard work and the continual encouragement from PCA faculty and friends led her to this amazing accomplishment.
