SCOTT + REID PRESENTS MY POSSIBILITIES ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

Join Plano-based nonprofit for the 13th Annual HIPster Golf Classic

On Monday, Sept. 27, golf enthusiasts will gather at Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco to participate in the 13th Annual HIPster Golf Classic. This annual tournament raises awareness and funds for My Possibilities (MP), a Plano-based for-cause organization designed to provide adults with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) the opportunity to continue their education.

MP provides programs that focus on socialization, vocational training, and independent living skills to Hugely Important People (HIPsters). These skills equip HIPsters with the knowledge and confidence needed to achieve the life they desire. My Possibilities’ mission is to courageously and relentlessly pursue the full, untapped possibilities of these Hugely Important People, making every day count.

MP is proud to announce the return of Scott + Reid as the 13th Annual HIPster Golf Classic Presenting Sponsor. This annual tournament raises funds for programming at MP. The tournament keeps a traditional format and is held on both courses at Stonebriar Country Club. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. followed by a 10 a.m. shotgun start. Foursomes and sponsorship opportunities are available at mypossibilities.org/hipstergolfclassic.

“The HIPster Golf Classic is a great tradition,” said Michael Thomas, executive director for My Possibilities. “The tournament is not only something to look forward to but is vital for MP in the wake of COVID-19. We’re looking forward to another sold out event while golfers and volunteers enjoy a day of golf and giving back.”
