Primary election voting starts in just 5 weeks!
So how secure - or not - is YOUR vote?

The 86th Legislature failed to pass the bill (SB-9) that would have materially improved voter registration procedures, increasd integrity of election results and stiffened penalties for voter fraud.  Since the Texas House failed to act, what can WE do to cover remaining problems?  Laura Pressley, Ph.D., a leading authority on election integrity, is here to provide answers and direction.

In 2019, Dr. Pressley prevailed in a historic election integrity case in the Texas Supreme Court.  She contested her 2014 election results and discovered evidence of electronic voting corruption in Travis County and that Travis and many other Texas counties are not following state laws with regard to backup records to validate electronic voting results.

In their landmark decision, the Texas Supreme Court supported Dr. Pressley’s claims that vote tabulation irregularities and other illegalities committed by Travis County Elections in her election had legal merit and were evidence that could be used by future candidates contesting election results.  Further, the Texas Supreme Court reversed almost $100,000 in sanctions that were levied against Dr. Pressley by two lower courts.

North Texas voters will have at least four (4) elections in 2020.  Dr. Pressley’s presentation will help us protect the integrity of Collin, Denton and Dallas County elections.  Join us for this important presentation!
