The Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association in collaboration with Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Dallas is delighted to present an educational display to counter misconceptions about the Holy Quran. The Holy Qur’an, the sacred scripture of the Muslims, contains the beautiful teachings of Islam and is the world’s most often read book worldwide. Most recently, it has come under attack and is being maligned by people alien to its true teachings.
The Quran Exhibition will take place on Saturday, October 7 from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm at the Allen Public Library, Meeting Room, 300 N. Allen Dr., Allen, TX 75013.
The Holy Quran Exhibition will also feature an interactive session wherein questions and concerns from the public will be addressed. This is free and open to the public. Please RSVP Asim Ahmed at email@example.com or call 630- 254-9061.
About Ahmadiyya Muslim Community:
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is a dynamic, reformist and fast-growing international movement within Islam. Founded in 1889, the Community spans over 200 nations with membership exceeding tens of millions. The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community USA, established in 1920, is among the first American-Muslim organizations.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is the only Islamic organization to believe that the long- awaited messiah has come in the person of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (1835-1908) of Qadian, India. Ahmad claimed to be the metaphorical second coming of Jesus of Nazareth and the divine guide, whose advent was foretold by the Prophet of Islam, Muhammad. The Community believes that God sent Ahmad, like Jesus, to end religious wars, condemn bloodshed and reinstitute morality, justice and peace. Ahmad’s advent has brought about an unprecedented era of Islamic revival and moderation. He divested Muslims of fanatical beliefs and practices by vigorously championing Islam’s true and essential teachings.
