Prosper ISD and Park Place Lexus Plano recently recognized Prosper Independent School District Teachers of the Year Heather Clay and Margie Raper. Clay was named Elementary Teacher of the Year at Cockrell Elementary and Raper was recognized as Secondary Teacher of the Year at Rock Hill High School.  The teachers were offered a summer in a Lexus with the option of a Lexus IS or NX.
