TeamConnor Childhood Cancer Foundation and PINSTACK Bowl are teaming up to raise awareness and help fund research to find a cure for childhood cancers.  TeamConnor Back-To-School Bash will be held 12:00 pm Saturday, August 15^th at PINSTACK Bowl in Plano.    

“Good things are happening for TeamConnor and we are delighted to partner with PINSTACK Bowl for our first Back-To-School Bash,” said Joy Cruse, founder of TeamConnor Childhood Cancer Foundation.  “With school just around the corner, this event will give families a fun opportunity before the end of summer while supporting the fight against childhood cancer.”

PINSTACK Bowl is a unique dining and entertainment destination operated by Entertainment Properties Group, Inc. and ranked one of D’s Best.  Tickets to the Back-To-School Bash are $50 and must be purchased at TeamConnor.org.  Admission for this event includes:   

• Full-service buffet including Iced Tea, Water, and Soft Beverage Service
• Use of Private Bowling Lanes for 3 hours
• 2 Hours Unlimited Attractions (rock climbing, high ropes course, laser tag, bumper cars, laser maze)
• 2 Hours Unlimited Non-Prize Video Games
• 40 Point Player Card to use toward ticket/prize games

In addition to the Back-To-School Bash, TeamConnor hosts several other events throughout the year to raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer research, including the4^thAnnual National Childhood Cancer Awareness Concert at Watter’s Creek September 12^th; Color Me Green 5K and Caterpillar Dash Oct 3 and Northwestern Mutual Clay Shoot on November 5. TeamConnor’s Coins for Kids with Cancer® program raises funds in schools, churches, offices and organizations across the country to help fund childhood cancer research.

Every year, more than 10,000 children and adolescents are diagnosed with cancer in the United States. Childhood cancer is the number one disease killer of children, yet the budget of the National Cancer Institute allocates less than four percent of its funds to pediatric cancer research. TeamConnor Childhood Cancer Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness and funding research and treatment programs to find a cure for all childhood cancers.
