 .m. There will be free art activities by ArtCentre of Plano\, Plano Art As
 sociation\, and Plano Symphony Orchestra beginning at 2 p.m.  \nThe evenin
 g performance at 7 p.m. will include performances by Garage Arts Project\,
  Plano Metropolitan Ballet\, North Texas Performing Arts\, Rover Dramawerk
 s\, Plano Civic Chorus\, Children's Chorus of Collin County\, Legacy of Ha
 rmony\, Outcry Theatre\, Plano Symphony Orchestra\, Plano Comedy Festival\
 , Plano International Festival\, Plano Community Band\, Chamberlain Ballet
 \, and Dallas Asian American Youth Orchestra. The event is chaired by Plan
 o Metropolitan Ballet and Cindi Lawrence Hanson.  \nChildren's Matinee tic
