  present the internationally acclaimed Dover Quartet for an afternoon conc
 ert on Sunday\, March 22\, from 3 to 5 p.m. \, at the Hasley Chapel on the
  St. Andrew campus\, 5801 W. Plano Parkway. \nA two-time GRAMMY® nominee\,
  the Dover Quartet was named one of the greatest string quartets of the la
 st 100 years by BBC Music Magazine in 2021. Among the most sought-after ch
 amber ensembles performing today\, the quartet is celebrated worldwide for
  its exceptional technical precision and deeply expressive musicianship. \
 nThe event will include an interactive pre-concert conversation with the m
 usicians\, followed by a performance featuring works by Robert Schumann\,
  Felix Mendelssohn\, and Grażyna Bacewicz. The Dover Quartet is composed o
 f Joel Link and Bryan Lee \, violins\; Julianne Lee \, viola\; and Camden
  Shaw \, cello. \n“We are excited to welcome the community to an afternoon
  with the Dover Quartet\, which represents the highest level of chamber mu
 sic artistry\,” said Taylor Davis\, creative director of traditional music
  and worship at St. Andrew. “Whether you’re a longtime classical music lov
 er or hearing a string quartet live for the first time\, you will be drawn
  into their expressive musicianship and ability to connect with the audien
 ce – a rare and meaningful experience.” \nFormed in 2008 at the prestigiou
 s Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia\, the Dover Quartet performs m
 ore than 100 concerts annually and rose to international prominence in 201
 3 after a historic sweep of all prizes at the Banff International String Q
 uartet Competition. All four musicians are graduates of the Curtis Institu
 te and currently serve as faculty ensemble-in-residence. The quartet has r
 eceived numerous additional honors\, including grand and first prizes at t
 he Fischoff Chamber Music Competition\, prizes at the Wigmore Hall Interna
 tional String Quartet Competition\, the Avery Fisher Career Grant\, Chambe
 r Music America’s Cleveland Quartet Award\, and Lincoln Center’s Hunt Fami
 ly Award. \nTickets are $35\, with $20 student tickets available\, and inc
 lude access to the pre-concert conversation\, which will take place from 2

 E DOVER QUARTET: \n• Joel Link \, first violinist\, was appointed concertm
 aster of The Cleveland Orchestra in May2025. An active soloist and chamber
  musician\, Link has earned top prizes at numerous competitions\, includin
 g the Johansen International Competition in Washington\, D.C.\, and the Ye
 hudi Menuhin International Violin Competition in England\, where he was fe
 atured in The Strad magazine. \n• Bryan Lee \, second violinist\, has perf
 ormed as a soloist with The Philadelphia Orchestra and the Delaware\, Lans
 downe\, and Temple University symphony orchestras\, among others. He has b
 een awarded the bronze medal at the Stulberg International String Competit
 ion and second prize at the Kingsville Young Performers Competition. With
  the Dover Quartet he won first prize and every special award at the Banff
  International String Quartet Competition in 2013 and the gold medal and g
 rand prize in the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition in 2010. He
  has been featured on NPR’s From the Top and has attended Ravinia’s Steans
  Music Institute\, La Jolla Music Society’s Summerfest\, Music from Angel
  Fire\, Encore School for Strings\, Sarasota Music Festival\, Music Academ
 y of the West\, and the Perlman Music Program. \n• Julianne Lee \, violist
 \, has forged a remarkable career as both a violinist and violist. She als
 o holds the assistant principal second violin position in the Boston Symph
 ony Orchestra and principal second violin in the Boston Pops. She has been
  a member of the BSO violin section since 2006\, serving as acting assista
 nt concertmaster from 2013 to 2015. From 2017 to 2019\, she was also the p
 rincipal second violinist of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. \n• Camden Sh
 aw \, cellist\, has appeared with the ensemble in performances all over th
 e world to great acclaim. Mr. Shaw has collaborated in chamber music with
  such renowned artists as Daniel Hope\, Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg\, and the
  late Leon Fleischer\, and maintains an active career as a soloist. Highli
 ghts from recent seasons include a performance of Beethoven’s Triple Conce
 rto\, Op. 56 \, with the Artosphere Festival Orchestra\, where Shaw held t
 he principal chair until May 2024\, and the release of his solo album by U
 nipheye Music\, which was met with critical praise. \n # # # \n   St. Andr
 ew Methodist Church \, founded in 1986\, is located on 21.2 acres in Plano
 \, Texas\, and has more than 7\,000 members. The church hosts over 2\,000
  people each weekend for worship services in both a traditional style with
  the classic pipe organ and a contemporary style with an LED center screen
