Modmarket - Farm Fresh Eateries is a fast-casual restaurant group experiencing tremendous growth! We feature a from-scratch, farm-to-table, healthy menu and are one of the fastest growing concepts in Colorado and Texas. We have an open kitchen environment, and we are known for transparency and our above-and-beyond customer service.

We recently opened our 8th restaurant in Colorado. In the next few months we are opening at DIA as well as expanding to the greater Dallas area. Our first restaurant in Dallas will be in Flower Mound quickly followed by a second location at Preston Rd and 121 in North Plano. Late 2014 / early 2015 we will also be opening at Preston Hollow - 75 and Walnut hill, and Southlake!

Pizza Cooks - 1+ years of hand-tossed pizza-making experience preferred. We make our dough from scratch daily, so a sense of urgency, as well as an eye for detail and creativity is a must. Our pizzas are a work of art!

Breakfast Cooks - Experience preparing eggs to order is essential. Our breakfast cooks always interact with our guests, so we are looking for outgoing team members who enjoy working their breakfast magic in front of a small audience and like helping guests with more than just making awesome food!

Cashiers - SUPER FRIENDLY and OUTGOING! Cashiers often provide guests with their very first glimpse of Modmarket. They are, in essence, the face of the company. Patience, guidance and accuracy are of the utmost importance in this position as we pride ourselves on catering to any and all, including Modmarket newbies, vegans, gluten free, and those with any other allergy or special dietary need.

Salad Cooks - Accuracy and presentation are a must for our award winning salads (Denver Westword 2013 Readers Choice: Best Salad Bar/Shop). Energetic, fun people with outgoing personalities fit well in this position, which requires both customer interaction and an eye for detail.

Bussers / Dishwashers - These folks keep our restaurants running smoothly with clean dishes and tidy dining rooms. They must be comfortable interacting with guests in the dining room, being a team player, and working quickly and efficiently.

Prep Cooks- 1+ years prep and/or line cook experience preferred. Knife skills an absolute must. Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and detailed prep procedures required.

Shift Supervisors - Prior experience in a leadership role in a restaurant REQUIRED. Fast-Casual restaurant experience preferred, but not required. Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule required. Energetic, leaders with outgoing personalities are a must along with an eye for detail and a passion for providing a great customer experience.

Catering Leads - These individuals are responsible for all execution of in-house catering orders, including delivery. You MUST have a vehicle with a valid driver license and current insurance. Must be extremely organized, have great attention to detail and present themselves in a professional manner. Prior food and catering experience required.
